Good food.....a certain person there is slow at taking orders. Place is clean and seems like family. Everybody smiles at you and greets you.

Great food!! First time I've been here, but I'll be back. MUCH better than across the street!! 🧡

Very good food. My family and I have only had breakfast there and it's always delicious. But the service is slow. We've been there a few times and each time it's taken an hour or longer to get served our food. So don't be in a hurry when you plan to stop in. Staff is very friendly.

The wait staff kind of suck. However the gentlemen that get water and do the running are amazing. They always greet you the moment you walk in the door, they are eager to help when you need something. The food is always on point.

Oh baby, do not get me started! Omlette, links, southern style taters.....forget about it! I get started, I cannot stop. Have to have two more sides. It's da bomb, baby! Ooh la la, french fries. Some things never need to change .....Andy, gimmie a break!!!!

Excellent service. Food was good for the exception of raw-in-the-middle pancakes. Server more than made up for it though :)

TODAY WE HAD THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! IT WAS ABOUT A 45 MINUTE WAIT. WE SAW OTHERS GET THERE AFTER WE DID AND GET SERVED BEFORE US. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ICE TEA, UNTIL I ASKED SONEONE TO PLEASE BRING ME A TEA. AFTER ASKING WHERE WAS OUR FOOD WE SAW THE SERVER PUT A TICKET ON THE ORDER THING FOR THE COOKS. THEN 10 MINUTES LATER WE GOT OUR FOOD. NEVER DID SHE ONCE Apologize, but gave us a sad story about having a new cook in training and orders were behind which was B.S. Like I said we saw others show up after us and they got served before us.

I love it! Jeff owned it and I take care of him and he really is a great guy! Wish he still owned it!.

We had a table for 16 fellow Hanford workers and retired Hanford workers this morning. It was very confusing. Pictures were taken of our group. I did not get served my breakfast out of the confusion. I left very disappointed.

The staff is so friendly. They make you feel at home and love joking with customers. The food is (mostly) fresh made.

I’ve been here on three occasions. Food is good. Eggs Benedict (which is my absolute favorite breakfast item to order anywhere) are always delicious. Just went to another place and had eggs Benedict which I couldn’t eat which inspired me to make a review for this place as their eggs Benedict are so good. The place across is great too. I’ve been across the street twice and would recommend either place. I was surprised about the bus boy on another review as he was always courteous when I have gone. He always made sure to ask if I needed more coffee or water and would go out his way to get me the creamer I liked best for my coffee. Maybe he was having an off day (which we all have). The waitresses at both locations were also very kind and courteous. I do recommend others to go.

This place serves quality American fare breakfast... we were travelling from overseas and were not disappointed by the generous portions, great quality food and the excellent service. The staff here were super friendly and provided us with tips in the area and beyond for our travels. Best breakfast we’ve had in our six week trip in the United States! Thanks guys! 😊

Food was really slow and when it was served half of our order was cold and the food was average at best. Definitely not worth it.

The best greasy spoon diner in the Tri-Cities area. A "Good Morning" as you walk through the door, clean and neat, friendly staff, great consistent meals, quick efficient service. One heck of a diner! Oh, and the bathrooms were very pleasant.

Andy's is my FAVORITE place to have any meal, but breakfast is my favorite. The service is so welcoming, in fact I think 150% is amazing food, and 150% amazing, make you feel like family, staff. I hope it NEVER goes away.

A very nice place to take a group of friends for breakfast. We came in with a group of around 10 and got seated not too long after, the service was phenomenal, the host and server were very nice, food was served not too long after order even after having a bigger group. The food tasted good. Home like environment.

I liked Andy's Coffee Break for breakfast located on Court Street in Pasco. Good coffee and a 55+ menu section for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our Hanford retiree group was there for breakfast today. The staff was very accomodating to our 15 members who arrived at 8:00 AM. They kept the coffee hot and the cups full. I was delighted to see a truly happy staff that early in the morning and my hat goes off to the day manager for providing the breakfast food tasty and hot. Well Done!

Best staff and food in pasco area hands down. Anything you order is decently quick and taste like a 5 star meal.. this is a small place with a great bite to eat generally half full but very good vibes in the place. I recommend their taco salad, and chicken fried steak it's to die for.. always specials going on certain meals and such definitely give it a try if you haven't.
Kim King
Great food & friendly service. Loved it...
Marlys
Their food is pretty good for a small non fast-food restaurant. They have great omelets.
Linda Poirier
Good food. Easy in and out of the parking lot.

I ate at Andy's about two weeks ago...icalled for the cook cause he cooked my breakfast perfect...so I tip the cook..i don't know who she was..little fat girl came and took the tip...the cook never got it..how sad😬

Food was good, fair pricing, wait staff was busy but managed to keep drinks full. Good cup of coffee. Over all good experience only down side is, it needs a thorough cleaning and fresh ceiling tiles, just looks dingy. I would recommend this place.

Heard good things about this place so decided to give it a try. Food was decent and pricing was reasonable but the service was HORRIBLE. Asked for a side of avocado and the waiter comes back with a menu stating my food didn’t come with avocado. Not just our table, but we noticed poor service in another table too. They had family in during so all their hospitality must have been focused on them.
Michelle Barker
Very casual diner type restaurant. Large portions, for the price they should be large. Decent place to have breakfast in Tri-Cities.
Tony McCollum
Good food with decent service. The furnishings are worn but the prices were good.

Somehow we have never been to Andy's Coffee Break, even though it had been here for decades, including when we lived in the area. My wife had a Chili Omelet and thought it was decent, but nothing special. I was happier with my pork chops and eggs, which were very good. The service was solid diner service. I would go back, but my wife probably would not.
